Project Leading from Within
A One-Day Leadership Development Training
1. Rationale:
Graduates of Kawthoolei Hope Theological Seminary (KHTS) are serving in various leadership roles across ministries, churches, and communities. While theological knowledge and ministerial experience are strong, there is a growing need to strengthen personal self-awareness and leadership from the inside out. Understanding one’s personality, leadership style, and how to grow toward self-actualization can significantly enhance ministry impact and personal effectiveness.
This one-day training aims to help alumni reconnect with themselves, understand their God-given design, and lead with clarity, authenticity, and purpose.
2. Objectives:
• To provide a space for self-reflection and personal growth.
• To equip participants with tools for understanding their personality and leadership style.
• To promote leadership practices rooted in self-awareness and self-actualization.
• To foster fellowship and mutual learning among seminary alumni.
3. Target Participants:
20-25 alumni of Kawthoolei Hope Theological Seminary (KHTS) who are currently engaged in ministry and leadership roles.
